Cleaning & Hygiene

We maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.

• All surfaces are cleaned using F10 SC veterinary disinfectant
• Cage flooring is changed daily, unless it is unnecessary
• Food and water bowls are cleaned twice daily
• Each enclosure and surrounding area receives a deep clean before your pet arrives
• Fleece or wood-shaving bedding available according to your preference

Health & Wellbeing

We aim to provide more than just basic boarding — your pet receives daily care, interaction and enrichment throughout their stay.

• Natural day and night cycle with lights operated on timers
• Mite and lice prevention spray used in cages and pens
• Super-premium hay, pellets and seeds
• Fresh vegetables, fruit and healthy treats
• Unlimited enrichment throughout their stay
• Supervised free-roam time
• Fresh water twice daily
• Daily handling and interaction
• Daily out-of-cage time, unless specifically requested otherwise
• Daily health checks
• Medication administration available when medication requirements are disclosed during intake
